Condition Assessment of Boiler Tubing An assessment of the boiler tube conditions was performed using a remote field testing (RFT) procedure.  RFT represents a nondestructive, volumetric inspection technique capable of detecting variations in the tube wall thickness.  This procedure utilizes a a single channel inspection probe, coupled to a Russel Ferroscope model 204 instrument.  Signal output is processed, stored, and analyzed on an external laptop computer   Boiler tubing - condition assesment
